This company has been godsent. In my time of panic and being overwhelmed by my basement being flooded this company was a calm in my storm. Tracey was very responsive and professional, he kept me informed of all the steps and the progress. Melvin and his team came out so fast and got the work done efficiently. I am forever grateful for them. if this ever happens again they will be the only company I call and I will refer them to anyone I know.

We had a very positive experience working with Master Care Restoration services. When we reached out, Tracy Davis came to check things out immediately. We felt overwhelmed but Tracy was very patient and walked us through everything step by step. From start to finish he kept us informed and updated, which was highly appreciated since excellent communication skills are a rarity these days. He was also mindful of our budget and provided solutions accordingly.

Everyone involved from the water damage restoration to reconstruction teams were professional, knowledgeable, transparent about cost & materials, prompt and respectful. Overall, a job well done! We highly recommend Master Care.

These guys get the job done! They are professional, timely and the work speaks for itself. Tracy Davis was such a pleasure to work with. He kept us up to date on everything and the line of communication was always open. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work on my home. I recently had Master Care to help me with odors in my home that I had tried to rid myself but could not. They came in and cleaned the walls, ceilings, floors and put equiptment in that cleaned the air as well. Tracy was in contact with me during the entire process and kept me informed to what they were doing. I thank him and his crew ever so much for helping me and taking care of my problem. Good job!

Just recently, I had Master Care Restoration Services clean a large fireplace at our Corporate Facility that had soot that had accumulated over time and stained the stone. In the beginning of my search, I came across this company. The owner Tracy Davis was fantastic to work with. During the entire process we communicated every day, and his staff was very conscious of preparing the area to be cleaned so that the chemicals would not get on our carpets, furniture, etc. I learned stone is by no means easy to clean. Needless to say, the overall experience with the company was great, great business communication, honest and has a hard-working staff that gave their absolute best to do the job we needed done. I would highly recommend Master Care Restoration Services for your restoration needs.
