Broken Pipes

After a long period of time, with temperatures below 32 Fahrenheit, when the temperature increases, the pipes of a house may expand abruptly and burst.

It is very important to frequently check the basement or any other place in the house that could be leaking.

Other problems could be found when the roof has ice accumulation. When the temperature increases, the ice will melt.

Be sure to inspect the downspouts to see if they are clear and can drain the water.
